Situation

Unable to log into webadmin - Illegal Server Error
Unable to start GroupWise connector
ERROR: "ERROR [CP WSGIServer Thread-3] [AppInterface:2105] [userID:] [eventID:] [objectID:] [] Connection to mobility SQL database failed: ('IM002', '[IM002] [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found, and no default driver specified (0) (SQLDriverConnect)')" in /var/log/datasync/connectors/default.pipeline1.groupwise-AppInterface.log

Resolution

  1. Launch YaST
  2. Go to Software | Software Management
  3. Search for python-psycopg2
  4. Install python-psycopg2 if it is not installed
  5. Restart datasync by typing rcdatasync restart
