"ZESUser has stopped working" message during System Update to ZCM 11.2.4

Situation

When upgrading the ZCM agent to version 11.2.4, a windows popup message may appear, saying "ZESUser has stopped working"


Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.4 - see KB 7012027 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7012027

The fix will stop this message appearing for any future upgrades: it cannot prevent the message from possibly appearing during the upgrade to ZCM 11.2.4

Cause

A bug in earlier versions of the ZESM component meant that it might not shut down cleanly during System Update in some circumstances. The popup message is from Windows itself, saying that this event was observed. There is no loss of functionality.
