HTTP Status 404 - Servlet WOServletAdaptor is not available

Successful Service Desk install has been completed
The following error is seen when accessing the Service Desk web page:

ERROR:
HTTP Status 404 - Servlet WOServletAdaptor is not available

The following error is seen in the catalina.out log file:

ERROR:
Unable to locate the "JavaWebObjects" bundle

Verify that the correct FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) and short name are listed in the /etc/hosts file.
Verify that there is an entry for localhost 127.0.0.1 in the /etc/hosts file.

This could also be caused by a port conflict on the server.
