How to expire a user account when a user leaves an organization or company

How to lock out or prevent a user from logging in, sending and receiving mail, while still allowing others to Proxy according to defined Proxy Rights.
How to expire a user account when a user leaves an organization or company.

Please follow the steps provided in documentation for Expiring a GroupWise Account.

Below are a list of implications of expiring an account:

• The user will be locked out, unable to login, thus unable to send email.
• Received mail will be blocked, prevented. A return message is sent to the sender detailing the item was undeliverable because the User account has been expired, Error = D023.
• Users with Proxy Rights are still allowed to execute any rights they have been given over the Mailbox.
