Situation
Sent items are not created.
Sent items are missing after sending a mail.
Sent items are not showing in folder.

Resolution
In the GroupWise client there is an option to disable or enable the creation of a sent item for sent mail.
Enter the GroupWise client and selected Tools | Options | Send | Mail from the menu. Check the box "Create a Sent item to track information" and press ok.
Additional Information
Option to create sent items was unchecked.
