eDirectory is running fine. Dhost can be seen to be running in services.msc. Users can login. However, when the NDSconsole utility is brought up it shows no services listed for eDirectory's dlms. The panel is blank.
This can be seen when there there are two IP addresses in use on a workstation but either NCP is not listening on both or one address is not routeable.
To work around the issue bring up NDSconsole with the following command:
Replace x.x.x.x with a good routeable address for the workstation being used.
Once the correct address is found and is verified to be working the bad IP address can be permanently excluded by following KB 3095848.
