Situation
Error DB62 when importing mass users into GroupWise.
Some newly created users can't login.
Users are missing from the primary domain.
Users in the same system have the same GUID.
Resolution
This has been fixed in the post GroupWise 2012 SP2 MTA versions 111784 or newer.
The workaround is to adjuste the scan rate for the MTA directory from every 15 seconds to 5 seconds and we adjusted the DIRXML wait to 6 seconds between creates. This will allow each user to get processed by each of the secondary domains before a new user is created.
