Situation

BSW: The database definition condition will be CRITICAL for these two reasons

1. The database is not connected
2. The database has a connection but not yet validated (the schema has not been
checked)

Resolution

When the database schema is re-initialized, then the database will be online
but until the database schema is checked the database definition will be in a
CRITICAL state.
