Situation

Unable to see one email on the device
Missing email on the device
One user unable to see a specific email on the device

Resolution

On some devices, mails are grouped together if they have the same subject. On Apple devices, the setting is in Settings | Mail, Contacts, Calendars | Organize By Thread. Therefore, the mail be in a different group than how it shows in the GroupWise Client
