Windows 2008 POA maxes out C/S handler threads and users very slow or get disconnected in GW Windows client

The GroupWise Windows client performance is extremely slow and the Windows 2008 POA maxes out the C/S handler threads to 99.  Users are also getting disconnected from the Post Office Agent.

After updating the GroupWise POA code to post GW2012 SP2,  the issue remained.  What resolved the issue was the use of the "/ThreadCache-enabled" in the Windows POA startup file (<POName.poa>), normally located by default in:

 C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\GroupWise Server\Agents

The use of this startup switch greatly helps to lessen C/S Handler Thread contention.

If on the Linux platform the switch would be "--ThreadCache enabled"  .  No quotes.

This POA startup switch is available for GW2012 SP2 and post SP2 code, along with GroupWise Windermere
