Missing BIOAPI20.dll error after BIO-Key BSP installation

NetIQ Advanced Authentication 4.8

Situation

After BIO-Key authentication provider was installed I got an error of missing BIOAPI20.dll.

Resolution

Ensure that you already installed NetIQClient or NetIQAuthenticore Server or NetIQ Administrative Tools or NetIQRTE. At least one of these components must be installed before BIO-Key BSP.
