NetIQ Advanced Authentication 4.8

Situation

A user gets ERROR: The specified network password is not correct during logon.

Resolution

  1. Please ensure that the computer is joined to the domain.
  2. Check that DNS works fine on this computer.
  3. Sync the time between Authenticore Server and computer.
  4. Ensure that you have NetIQPassword Filter installed on all DCs.
  5. How many users have this issue? If only one or some, try to reset password for them.
