Cannot view all of the sent items.

Situation

User cannot view all of the sent items. All items newer than a certain date are missing. The user can find them or see them correctly in WebAccess.
 

Resolution

1) Open the properties of the Sent Items folder by right clicking on the folder and selecting properties.
2) Click on the Display tab.
3) Click on the Restore Defaults button, then press yes.
4) Click on the More Display Settings button.
5) Check the box under the "Choose data range" option for Starting 30 days ago through the future. Then press OK, 3 times to submit the changes.
6) Enter the properties of the Sent Items folder again.
7) Go back to the Display tab and then select the More Display Settings button again.
8) Uncheck the box under the "Choose data range" option for Starting XX days ago through the future. Then press OK, 3 times to submit the changes.
