Incorrect import of a previously exported reg file that contains expandable string values

If a reg hive is exported, and it contains an expandable string, if it's re-imported, the valuedata is corrupted:
for example if the original value is "shaun", then on reimport, it is shown as "s�h�a�u�n" and if deployed, only "s" is stored.

Workaround: open the .reg file in notepad, do "save as", and choose "Unicode" for the encoding, before importing the file
