ZAV applications won't launch from portal page

Environment

Novell ZENworks Application Virtualization (10.0.1)

Situation

When trying to launch applications from the portal page of ZAV Server 10.0.1, nothing happens.  Not even the prompt to download the ZENworks Application Virtualization Sandbox Manager is displayed.  Application icons are not displayed.

Resolution

In the ZAV Administration Site, navigate to the "Servers" page and ensure that the "Web Address" is the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the device on which ZAV is hosted.
