Situation

Some appointments disappear from the device automatically

Resolution

Make sure that the user does not have a lot of duplicate appointments in the Calendar. If the user does have a lot of duplicate appointments in the Calendar making Calendar difficult to load in GroupWise Client, please clean up the duplicate appointments. Reinitialize the user in mobility after cleaning up the Calendar. Follow the steps in the Documentation below for instructions on re-initializing the user
