Admin messages are not processing for a post office. New users or changes to existing users are not showing up in the client's address book for the post office. Moves are not working. High priority messages are not getting delivered. Thousands of files are stuck in the post office's WPCSOUT/OFS/2 or WPCSOUT/ADS/2 queues.


Unload the POA. Remove the files in the WPCSOUT/OFS/2 and WPCSOUT/ADS/2 queues. Then rename the post office's wphost.db and rebuild it from the owning domain. Reload the POA.


Admin messages are order dependent. If the POA gets too far behind with the admin messages due to other problems such as looping admin messages it starts slowing down the rate at which it can sort and process them. Rebuilding the wphost.db catches the post office up on all updates and deleting the 2 queues removes the backlog of updates to allow the POA to function normally again.
