Situation
Inventory results on Novell NetWare devices may show incomplete or inaccurate data such as:
The OS Service Pack column reports NetWare, the correct value would be 8
The OS Model column reports 6.50.8, the correct value would be 6.50 (without the SP revision)
The Platform column reports nothing or Lost and Found, the correct value would be Netware
The OS Product column reports Novell Open Enterprise Server, NetWare 6.5 Support Pack Revision 08, the correct value would be Novell Open Enterprise Server
The OS Service Pack column reports NetWare, the correct value would be 8
The OS Model column reports 6.50.8, the correct value would be 6.50 (without the SP revision)

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
