Previously created templates not viewed correctly in Personality Migration template builder

When viewing a previously saved template in the Personality Migration template builder, some settings may not reflect the actual settings saved in the template.xml file.

Example:

The template.xml file may show the following (settings for Microsoft Outlook):

    <Destination>pm.MicrosoftOutlook</Destination>
    <Migrate>true</Migrate>
    <Features>
      <Feature Name="pm.email.Accounts" Type="boolean">true</Feature>
      <Feature Name="pm.email.PSTFiles" Type="boolean">true</Feature>
      <Feature Name="pm.email.Mail" Type="boolean">true</Feature>
      <Feature Name="pm.email.Contacts" Type="boolean">false</Feature>
      <Feature Name="pm.email.Calendar" Type="boolean">false</Feature>
      <Feature Name="pm.email.Tasks" Type="boolean">false</Feature>
      <Feature Name="pm.email.OtherApplicationSettings" Type="boolean">false</Feature>
    </Features>
</Package>

When opening the template in the Personality Migration template builder, all settings may be selected when only some features should be selected.
