Unable to login to dashboard with an LDAP administrator

Novell ZENworks Mobile Management

Situation

When an Administrator is created from LDAP in the ZMM Dashboard, that user cannot login to the Dashboard.

Resolution

When logging in with an LDAP created Administrator account, the format is domain\username.  That will allow login to work.  To find the domain, go to Organization -> Administrative LDAP Servers -> expand the LDAP Server -> Domain Settings
