Situation

Mailbox size in GroupWise Client is incorrect
Mailbox size in GroupWise Client shows as 0 KB

Resolution

  1. Browse to the Post Office Directory\ofuser on Linux Server using a terminal session.
  2. Type "chown root.root *" and press Enter.
  3. Log out of the GroupWise Client as the problem user.
  4. Send an email to the problem user or from the problem user.
  5. Click Tools | Check Mailbox Size... and it should show the correct size.
