No prompt to move data out of the Safe Harbor when Data Encryption Policy is removed

Novell ZENworks Endpoint Security Management 11.2 Policies

Situation

Two DEP (Data Encryption Policies) are assigned to one device. Only one of these policies can be effective at any one time (by default, the first one), and when the effective policy is removed, a prompt should be displayed to move the data out of the old Safe Harbor - this does not happen.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.4 - see KB 7012027 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7012027
