ZENworks FDE Agent status sometime shows "Policy Handler" as "Not installed"

Novell ZENworks Full Disk Encryption

Situation

ZENworks Icon, Full Disk Encryption > About (in Full Disk Encryption Agent Actions) > Agent Status > Settings. Item "Policy handler installed" shows with value "Not installed", even though the agent is correctly installed, and is working.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.4 - see KB 7012027 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7012027

Additional Information

This incorrect status does not affect the agent: it still works as expected.
