This Patch has had limited testing, and should not be used in a production system without first being checked in a test environment. For ZCM 11.2.3a MU1: A fix for this issue is intended to be included in a future update to the product: however, in the interim, Novell has made a Patch available for testing, in the form of a Field Test File (FTF): it can be obtained at https://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=SHayi72LJRw~ as "ZCM 11.2.3a MU1 fix for two reporting problems". This Patch should only be applied if the symptoms above are being experienced, and are causing problems.

g. Use the columns that are already selected and also add: OS - Product, Computername, User - Name
h. Select the following criteria:
i. Device is disabled = No
ii. Product deleted = No
iii. Computername does not contain clmuc AND
iv. Computername does not contain v
Note: criteria c & d are environment specific due to environment naming conventions.
i. Click save
j. Run the report
k. Click PDF (All) to generate a PDF with all sites in it.
3. Configure Schedule/ Notification for the report
4. Specify Date and Maximum Records (i.e. 5000)
5. Send a Notification (Email)
6. Delivery format "Excel Attachment"
The Excel attachment of the report contains only 100 records.
