During the configuration of the server in web 9443 interface, Starting the Server hangs

Situation

After initial install of Filr, logged into the web interface on 9443, going through the configuration options and clicked finish causes the service to hang when starting the server.

Resolution

Reboot the server.  Using 'init 0' will tell the server to stop, then the power button can be used to bring it backup.
