Admin Console not accessible, Tomcat Service unresponsive due to OutOfMemory error.

Administrative Console on port 8443 is unavailable/non-responsive.
The catalina.out file, located in /var/opt/novell/tomcat-filr/logs/ shows errors similar to:

Java running out of memory for it's heap.

Increasing the RAM and Java Heap (Java JDK) can help.  Java Heap can be setup to use up to 3/4 of the available RAM.

The amount of Net Folders, and the amount of files/folders in that volume, can have a direct impact as well.
