DSfW: Enable Kerberos fails during ADC provisioning on OES11SP1

Situation

Installing OES11SP1 ADC server (unpatched) fails in the provisioning wizard "Enable Kerberos" task.

The following command was failing.

'/opt/novell/xad/bin/kinit -k -t /var/opt/novell/xad/ds/krb5kdc/krb5.keytab $dcName\$'

Resolution

Verify the PDC is up, all DSfW services are running, and the server is reachable.

Apply May 2013 Maintenance Patch to have a retry attempt.

Cause

The command to enable kerberos is failing because either the kdc server is down, is unreachable, or not properly started.
