Unable To Log Into GroupWise Monitor When --httpmonpassword Switch Contains Extended Characters

Using extended characters in the httpmonpassword switch for GroupWise Monitor prevents the monitor screen from displaying.

Immediately in front of the extended character in the password enter an escape character. For example, use a \ or change the double quotes to single quotes.
