Situation

Error: "Universe not Found" after upgrading to 11.2.3a occurs on some reports
The "ZCM 11.2.3a fix for four reporting problems" patch has already been applied

Resolution

 Running "novell-zenworks-configure -c UpdateBOE" from a command prompt resolves the issue.
