SSLVPN does not work when installed on a iPad or iPhone

Situation

When running NetIQ's SSLVPN server, all users connecting to that server from Windows 7 and XP have no problems connecting and accessing protected resources behind that SSLVPN server. Users trying to connect from IOS enabled devices such as iPad or iPhones however are failing - the authentication succeeds but the SSLVPN tunnel never comes up.

Resolution

There is no plan to support IOS devices with the NetIQ Access Manager SSLVPN.
