"Forgot your password" link not working for external filr user

Environment

Novell Filr 1.0

Situation

Password reset routine doesn't work for external users.

The process  starts and asks for an email address but always returns an error indicating the feature is limited to external users.  This occurs even when entering the email address for an external user.

Resolution

This behavior is expected if there is an existing internal user with the same email address as the external user.

Email address need to be unique.

Password can be manually changed in the Admin Console as a workaround.
