Free/Busy search does not return information on GroupWise users after applying SP3 on Exchange 2010 server.

Situation

You had existing Exchange 2010 configuration with a working Free Busy service. After applying SP3 of Exchange 2010 server when checking GroupWise recipients in the Scheduling Assistant of the Outlook 2010 client, there is no information available returned. A configuration tool still returns OK results. 

Resolution

The SP3 of the Exchange 2010 (and probably similar would be for SP2) changes / overrides few files that the Free Busy service used. You will need to re-run the installation of the service and select Repair option that fixes missing data.
