A Novell Service Desk report start date is changing, moving back a day.

Novell Service Desk 6.5

Situation

When a report is created the date is changing back a day, from what is entered on the start date, the system seems to be changing the date automatically for no reason.

Resolution

Please contact Novell Service Desk Support to have a technician provide either a manual fix or upgrade to the latest version of the Virtual Appliance.
