Unable to find a Service Desk Incident from the Home tab.

When searching for an incident from the Home tab it is not findable. If  a search is preformed using "All Incidents" it can be seen, but searching for it after checking all incidents is returning no results.


Use the search function located on the Incident tab. If problems are seen with the Incident tab or there are no incidents showing up at all when there should be, there may have some sort of corruption in one of the tables in the database.


Ensure that searches are preformed from the Incident tab. The Search function from the Home tab will only return results from the incidents assigned to the logged in User.
