Email Polling Checkbox is reverting back to being checked after trying to hit save under Admin > Setup > Email. It seems it will not save when trying to turn off email polling.
In order to save (after de-selecting the Email Polling checkbox option under Admin > Setup > Email), in addition to the Email Polling checkbox, uncheck the box "Create Incidents", then the settings will be able to be saved.
