How to manually log out a NSD User?
Resolution
Administrators, and Supervisors can force to end the session of an User that is logged in.
How to manually end a session:
To end the session of an User, Login as an Administrator or Supervisor, go to Reports tab > Login section. At the bottom of the Login page, all the Users that are currently logged in will show. To log out a User, find the User in the list, and click the the Blue 'Logout' link to the far right of the User name.
