After a Change Request has been processed and and completed, what actions are required to close out the Change Group and Related Request?
Resolution
How to close out a Change Group
A Change Group and all its related Requests can be closed by:
1. Going to the Change > Change Group Tab
2. Selecting the Change Group
3. Clicking Edit
4. Selecting the 'Close' button at the bottom of the editor
5. Each of the requests assigned to the Change Group will be marked as closed.
