Would like to use one email address for multiple customers.
It is not permitted within Novell Service Desk to have a single email address for multiple customers. Novell Service Desk requires that all emails be unique, not shared. When multiple customers have the same email address, Novell Service Desk cannot distinguish which customer created the incident, and will pick a random customer that is sharing the same email address to apply it to. To ensure that all incidents area applied to the correct customer, all emails should be unique to the customer, and not shared.
