VM is readded to NCM and console option is not available

Environment

NCM 2.1.5

Situation

A VM was made in NCM, but subsequently removed and re-added.  Now, opening the console is not an option and the VNC information is missing.

Resolution

Solution 1:
 
Open a change request on the VM to set a console password.  Note: this will force the VM to reboot.

Solution 2:
 
1. Create a VNC credential in the CMOS Console
2. Associate the new credential to the VM
3. Run an ApplyConfig
