Situation
During upgrade of a ZCM agent to version 11.2.3a, MSI packages may fail, and in the log, it can be seen that the failure was due to MSI error 1619 "This installation package could not be opened."

Resolution
Workaround: redeploy the System Update to the device, and it should succeed
