Errors when selecting devices from the output of a custom report in ZCC

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.3a ZENworks Control Center - ZCC
Sybase database

Situation

When selecting a device from the output of a custom report in ZCC the following error is displayed:
"The data you requested is not available.
Details: no parent found, name= TOPComponents"

Note: This error appears when Sybase is used for the ZCM database.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.4 - see KB 7012027 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7012027
