Situation
The Operations Center Dashboard Alarms portlet displays an action to "Add Comment" to SLA Metric Alarms.
Resolution
- This action should not be their and is not supported
- We have updated our Service Level Agreements Guide, Section 6.2.1, appended first sentence in section that metric alarms are not persisted after server restarts. Added last sentence in section about comments not being persisted either.
- This will be in our PB5 bundle due out in a few weeks
