ZCC does not show correct bundle status until device on agent is restarted

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 ZENworks Control Center - ZCC

Situation

When a bundle is assigned to a device the bundle is installed on that device but does not show up in ZCC as being installed until a reboot of the device or a restart of the agent and a refresh on that device. ZCC shows the bundle Deployment Status as being in a Pending State until the agent restart and refresh happens.

Resolution

Workaround: As stated previously, restart the agent and refresh the device.
