Situation
DLU policy does not change password when logging in via RDP
User password is changed through the Novell Client or in iManager
User logs into Microsoft Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 via RDP
User's new credentials are not accepted
New users cannot login using DLU policy

Resolution
A. Set the following in the Group Policy of the device that is being remoted:
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Security
Enable the setting: "Require use of specific security layer for remote (RDP) connections"
Set the security layer to RDP
B. Add the following line to the .rdp configuration file of the remoting device:
enablecredsspsupport:i:0
Workaround:

Workaround:
- Enter the old credentials in the Windows credential prompt
- After submitting the old password, the ZENworks login prompt is displayed
- Enter the new credentials into this prompt
