ZCM Bundles with date/time Launch schedule work on first schedule, will not Launch on second or subsequent date/time schedules

Workaround is to use a Launch schedule other than date/time, like an Event or Recurring, if a change in date/time is needed.   This means to not use date and time for the schedule if the date / time has to be changed to a later date and the first date has already happened.

 

Investigation into documentation changes, and Enhancement Request for:

 

This is working as designed (WAD).  When Distribution / Distribution Schedule is configured, it will run only for the distribution on first run and will not continue with the Launch Schedule part of the bundle.  The expected bundle configuration is to use one bundle for the Distribution and a second, separate bundle for the Launch / re-Launch per the Launch Schedule of an application.  If this is WAD, when Distribution / Distribution Schedule is selected, the enhancement would be for the Launch / Launch Schedule to be disabled.  Documentation needs to reflect this as WAD.

 

It is unknown / untested at this time how Availability Schedule fits in to this issue.
