Failure Enabling the Global Monitor: Failure in: su root -c "rcpostgresql restart"

Situation

Trying to enable the new Global Monitor page results in the error: Failure in: su root -c "rcpostgresql restart".
Performing a rcpostgresql status shows as running.

Resolution

See TID# 7007242 - Unable to start postgres service

Cause

Due to a bug in older versions of the Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack, entries were not being added to the correct file that allowed the PostGreSQL to run as the correct user. Resulting in the database not starting, though it would say it was running.

Additional Information

Newer versions of DataSync don't have the bug, but don't retroactively correct the problem. Following the TID linked, will place the correct entries for PostGreSQL to start up correctly and run, which allows for the Global Monitor to be enabled.
