iManager 2.7.6 - Rule Builder gives JSP Error: HttpServletRespons is exceeding the 65535 bytes limit

After upgrading from iManager 2.7.5 from iManager 2.7.6.   The following error is received when trying to modify any policy using Rule Builder through iManager.

Unable to compile class for JSP:  An
error occurred at line: 45 in the generated java file The code of
method _jspService(HttpServletRequest, HttpServletResponse) is
exceeding the 65535 bytes limit Stacktrace:

The fix for this issue is already available with the latest IDM 4.0.2 plugin and can be downloaded directly from the plugin site.

If the iManager server doesn't have internet access, please download the  NetIQ Identity Manager 4.0.2 iManager Plug-ins from the following link.
