In GroupWise WebAccess Some Users Do Not See Their User ID In A Blind Copy (BC) Email

Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 3 Hot Patch 1

Situation

When sending a Blind Copy email to user, the recipient do not see their Mailbox ID the BC field.

Resolution

Add the Given Name to the user in ConsoleOne User Properties | General page.

This issue is resolved without a Given Name in GroupWise 2102 sp2.
