Changes to filter in eDirectory Bidirectional Driver do not have any effect

eDirectory Bidirectional driver

Situation

Making changes to the IDM eDirectory Bidirectional filter does not have any effect on the events brought over from the remote eDirectory server.

Resolution

Restart the both eDirectory servers.  Because of the structure of the event queue and event engine on the remote eDirectory server, you must restart eDirectory on that box for the change to take effect.
