Situation
What are some reasons that user login fails with -939589594 in zmd-messages.log (C7FF0026 in casa log).
Resolution
-939589594 means that an ldap error 49 was returned by the ldap server either for the user logging in, or the ZENworks proxy user logging in. It can also be returned if a search does not return the user object for the user logging in.
In the ats.log on the server, look for sub error, example:
WARN authtoksvc.PwdAuthenticate invoke()- NamingException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090334, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 525, vece
